GEORGE McCALLAN
has over 18 years of technical and fundamental company analysis in money center banking, private and publicly held companies and private and public market analysis.

Mr. McCallan's experience includes over 18 years of Senior Management/VP Level experience in the financial services industries including 10 years with Accenture {Andersen Consulting}, the world’s largest consulting firm with operations in 49 countries employing 75,000 people generating $11+ Billion in revenues.

While with Accenture, Mr. McCallan served on Andersen Consulting Financial Ideas Exchange.  This unique worldwide financial services “Thought Leadership and Knowledge Management” think-tank presented custom concepts and unique strategies to the chief executive officers of the largest companies throughout the world.  Topics of research and demonstration included: virtual banking, service delivery, Internet technologies and smart cards, with a specialization in electronic commerce.  Mr. McCallan also authored case studies of leading edge Andersen Consulting projects, clients and strategic partners.

Mr. McCallan developed an eStrategy Report for the Chairman of the FDIC which included a strategic framework for forces of change, description of changes brought on by 10 broad emerging technologies, 20 eBanking risks related to those changes and an implementation plan for 37 recommendations that would help mitigate those risks.

Additionally, George McCallan  

Led international team in successful diagnosis of asset servicing and income processing needs.  Identified and presented tactical and strategic recommendations for global custody process and technology improvements.

Created integrated business plans for online financing process including strategic direction, business model, financial and market projections, technical architecture and proof of concept prototype.

Developed extensive database, PC-client/UNIX-server environments, managing program teams in the development of C and UNIX shell scripts, conversion of Fortune 500 company’s primary management information to the Web, unification of disparate technology architecture spread across a number of different platforms, project management, quality control, budget, schedule and resource management, process design and reengineering

Conducts due diligence research for investment banking equity deals, development of background information, business pricing and valuation, financial analyses, internal cost center planning, discount analysis of large volume sales margins.
