Dr. Robinson received his Ph.D. and MS. degrees in Consumer Behavior and Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA. from the University of Virginia.

He has received The Travel Industry Association of America’s Odyssey award for the most innovative marketing program in the travel industry and The Platinum Adrian Award for outstanding advertising from the Hotel Sales and Marketing Association.
