  • Manufacturing Systems & Financial Analyst for North American Philips Corporation computer systems manufacturing subsidiary

  • Executive Director of six-city Regional MTA and Transit for state DOT

  • President/CEO of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Fritz also served as;

  • The United States Director of the Japan/Texas Top 25 Business Conference which provided an annual forum for the top 25 corporate executives of Japan and Texas to develop mutual trade and economic development interests.
